Group Tuition
Five’s group sessions run for two hours. Students receive individualised help with multiple subjects, sharing a tutor with up to four other students (No more than five per group). Group tuition is suitable for most students, as the 2-hour session provides time for the tutor to teach concepts, and for students to apply what they have learnt under supervision and ask follow-up questions as needed. With small group sizes guaranteed, weekly group tuition is highly effective as a long-term method of learning and is Five’s 'trademark' service.

Individual (Private) Tuition
Five’s private tuition sessions run for one hour. Individual tuition is suitable for students who need intensive instruction within a short timeframe or students preparing for exams. It is also suitable for adult students.

Online Tutoring
Five has recently started online tutoring. All our tutors have been set up with a 'classroom' on the LMS. Instead of lessons being conducted at the regular physical campus location, students have their lessons in this virtual classroom. This virtual classroom is equipped with learning tools and resources. Tutors can readily draw from these tools and resources to explain a concept, provide an example, demonstrate a method, test for understanding or offer opportunities for students to creatively express themselves.
